Portsmouth Guildhall announces EVENTIM UK as new ticketing partner!

Portsmouth Guildhall is delighted to announce that EVENTIM UK (“EVENTIM”) will be the new provider of the iconic venue’s ticketing services from Summer 2022.

Following an extensive tender and evaluation process, EVENTIM was selected as the new partner in a deal that is expected to span the next 7 years and will provide outstanding service to our customers and a cutting-edge ticketing software and integrated marketing solution, EVENTIM.Inhouse.

EVENTIM is a London based ticketing company and part of CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA, one of the leading international providers of ticketing services and live entertainment, with operations in 23 countries, selling more than 250 million tickets for around 200,000 events each year.

Furthermore, EVENTIM’s experience across the live entertainment industry incorporating the planning, organisation and promotion of concerts, tours, festivals and other live events has secured them the exceptional position of market leader of the European concert and events industry.

A member of STAR (Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers), the leading self-regulatory body for the entertainment ticketing industry across the UK, EVENTIM follows the organisation’s Code of Practice ensuring that transactions are clear, straightforward and that customers are treated fairly.

Transition to the EVENTIM.Inhouse system is expected to take place this summer. Existing ticket holders do not need to do anything and further information will be communicated in due course.
